Capella Offering Memorandum

The Capella condominium building was inspired by highly acclaimed world class architect, Frank Lloyd Wright. Capella derives its name from the brightest star in the constellation Auriga, which is located north of the celestial equator. This private developer commissioned me to create the logo, brand, marketing book, website, wine labels, product packaging and monumental signage for the building.
